My friend did this with her girls when her husband was out of town. So, I thought we'd give it a try to see if it helps them deal with Dave being gone. So far, so good. Abigail is taking the 'cup half full' approach. Right now the chain is so long, but she rips one off every night and says "We are one day closer to seeing Daddy!" I love her and I'm so proud of her!
